Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Seasonal/monthly drops
- Limited edition items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll review the issue and help make it right with a replacement or solution when applicable.
Handmade Item Notice
Bubble Pop Market items are created and packed with love. Small variations may occur due to the handmade nature of some products, making every piece unique.
Slight differences in:

- finish
- handmade details
are not considered defects.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

- carrier delays
- incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- stolen packages after delivery confirmation
